Análise bibliométrica da produção científica sobre a inovação organizacional na Teia Da Ciência

Resumo

O objectivo deste manuscrito é descrever através de indicadores bibliométricos a produção científica relacionada com produção científica relacionada com a inovação organizacional na Web of Science. Os artigos relacionados com a inovação organizacional (n=357 documentos) foram rastreados a fim de examinar a produção, tópicos, distribuição temporal e redes de colaboração. Observou-se uma predominância de artigos em inglês (95,52%), onde as revisões de literatura são representadas por 5,88% e os artigos por 94,12%, sendo a Inglaterra o país com o maior número de publicações. Conclui-se que o estudo bibliométrico permite a identificação de diferentes oportunidades de investigação sobre inovação organizacional, reconhecendo que a produção científica entre 2000 e 2021 tem um crescimento gradual com uma taxa média de crescimento anual de 48,51%. Os principais periódicos estão localizados nos quartis superiores, dando maior visibilidade e possível qualidade das publicações.
