Os casos Brexit e Trump a partir do engenharia em comunicação social

Resumo

2016 passará para a história como um ano em que a democracia trouxe à realidade cenários considerados estatisticamente improváveis, e sua ocorrência é um reflexo de discordância com o estabelecimento, especialmente com a classe política que parece fora de sincronia com as necessidades e os interesses das pessoas Eles devem representar. Este artigo é uma abordagem da BREXIT e das eleições presidenciais norte-americanas na perspectiva da comunicologia e da engenharia de comunicação social. Primeiro, examinamos cada caso separadamente e, em uma segunda instância, os pontos de convergência são analisados para entender como, a seleção de elementos de fala, potencializados com emoção, foram decisivos para convencer os eleitores a tomar uma postura.
