Digital Communication in the New Knowledge Economy

Abstract

The communication presents a big development on the contribution to global economies, improving them to the generation of value. The ICT’s, has become into “The paradigm” of the new century; Web, blogs, Intranet, cell phone, social nets, distance education, are the tools used by the organizations to optimize the relationships with their customers.

The knowledge economy it’s more than the dotcom companies. The changes in the offer and demand, are the new ways of distributing and consuming, to implement investments and financing, changing the international relationships, all that generated for the intensive use of the ICT’s and the digital contents.
